Slow Service not enough employees

Worst service ever ! I will usually have to wait about 15 miin , so i order 2 . But in a hurry or with kids will be a nightmare ! I went in to order once and at took about 20 min the excuse waa the credit card reader , but there was other chicken available . I dont understand how your top seller - the cjicken sandwiches - are "cooked " ahead ready to be made ! IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE !
