It was okay, but I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. 80 minutes standing in line was way too much and my popcorn shrimp was so spicey I only ate two bites. There is always so many people that I couldn't go back to get something else. People said it was worth the wait, but we could with my family's four orders of chicken strips and chicken sandwiches that they enjoy McDonald's chicken tenders just as much. Burger King use to have the best chicken sandwich until they went cheap. I can't go back until the lines die down and only if I find coupons. $28 for not too much was way too much.

Red beans and rice! Red beans and rice! Red beans and rice! The biscuits and chicken are pretty good too! My wife swears they have the 2nd best fries in the world! That is very high praise from her! My only ask would be for them to make homemade ranch. That would really step up their tender game!

Waited for an hour and decided to cut my losses. I have no idea how they're still in business.

Horrible service and why can't they change the turnstile into a open oneside lock otherside type box....if security really is the issue.

I was really looking forward to trying Popeyes for the first time. Only to be ignored when we got to the speaker. :(

20 minutes wait for the chicken sandwich. If you just want their other items, you are waiting for nothing.

I WAITED IN THE DRIVE THUR FOR HOUR AND HALF TO TO GET TO THE WINDOW AT 10:06 FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY ARE CLOSED

Worst experience. Waited in line for an hour. That didn't really bother me. What makes me mad is when I got up to the speaker and the lady was extremely rude. Never have I ever experienced somebody that ignorant with any kind of service and I have seen some rude people before. If I could I would give the place ZERO stars.

Best chicken sandwich in town , may be a little bit of a wait do to current circumstances(covid) but it's definitely worth it.

My fries were ice cold and this location only has a drive thru open and it took over a half hour to go through the drive thru line, sandwich was good but fries were cold. I could not even eat them.

Another stupid slow place to go thru the drive thru. Again, you can probably go to the market, grab ingredients and make chicken yourself in the time it takes to order here.

Refused to make my order the way I requested. Simple request, "no pickle".

TWaited in the drive through for almost an hour. Cashier was very rude didn't say a word just put the food and card in the window.

It wasn't bad. Be prepared for long lines during this time though. Line moved steadily though.

Way to long. Once paid had to wait another 30 for food. Had to block the drive-thru. Since they forgot about my order, as well as another customer. 1 hr wait time, for 8 pcs

One star for this! Too many cars were in long wait and they took forever to order some food. Waited for like over 20 minutes and people walked away to go somewhere else. A lot of people standing for 25 minutes. Long time ago, I want chicken tenders and Cajun rice and received a wrong sides of my order. This Sunday, there are so many cars surrounding around the small building. They need many cashiers to make a faster service and fix the broken speaker. I would not recommend this! Disappointed!

The place was filthy.....1hr 15min.to get thru the drive thru at 2:30 in the afternoon....this better be the best chicken sandwich in the world!

Close early and the personal don't give you ketchup. The spicy isn't spicy.

Honestly, have only ever ate there once and it is due to poor staff and horrible management. I just waited 1 1/2 hours for them to say that they’re out of chicken tenders AND spicy chicken sandwiches? Who is doing the stock. I’ve been there numerous times and every time I leave due to lack of product. It’s SO bad and I don’t see how anyone has a good experience there 🤷🏼‍♂️

Never thought id spend 45+ minutes in a drive thru to be told they are closed before 10pm. Never go after 7 pm again. As a matter of fact i was rushed threw my order the previous time and had a ton of stuff missing for the 68$ i spent there. Doubt i will go to this location if i try again ever.

Great when your out and about shopping and on your way home kind of meal.

I loved the spicy chicken sandwich that was truly amazing but the lines inside and outside were crazy we waited for like 40 minutes just to order then 10 minutes to get the order .

Hit or miss, sometimes good sometimes not so good or fresh food. Service was okay, they could be a little nicer.

Waited 1hr and a half in the drive thru the person taking my order was VERY rude when i got my food it was all soggy and my drink was all ice i dont even know how this place is still open

Just love that southern flavor! Not far from my home and when I want chicken Popeyes is one of my favorite places to go. Its always taste fresh and hot.

Seriously the slowest service ever, came on my lunch break and waited in the drive thru Lin for 27 mins. The line wasn’t that long, it’s ridiculous for 2 chicken sandwiches that were ice cold.

Busy, as expected! The spicy chicken sandwich never disappoints. Spicy mashed and gravy is a staple too.

When you go there be prepared to wait in the drive thru line for at least an hour minimum. The lobby is still closed. Totally ridiculous!!

You wait close to an hour to order, you place your order slowly so that there's no mistake, you get home the have your order on the receipt but they still didn't give us all the food.

Slowest location. You will be in the drive-thru for a hour for food. Their inside isn't open during pandemic.

I waited in the line for over a hour and didn’t get to order my food. It says they close at 11 o’clock we got in the line at 9:50 by time we got to the speaker it was 1020 no one came to the speaker and told us that they stop taking orders a lady had to come and tell us that was waiting in line that the lady told her that they stop taking orders at 10 o’clock how rude

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with light sauce and it was loaded with sauce. My chicken had to been sitting that the back back of it was soggy and white. it was horrible I tried calling and no one wouldn't answer then someone just kept picking the phone up and hanging up

Food was great, drive thru experience was awful. The menu outside is almost as easy to read as an Advanced Calculus textbook. The speaker system looks like someone ran it over. The speaker is so quiet I had to almost get out of my vehicle to hear the woman talking to me. Not to mention the employees all have awful attitudes. I understand they're stressed from the pandemic, but to be rude to people who are just trying to get some fried chicken? ...that's almost inconceivable. I get greeted by a woman who said "hi, what you want?" and every time I ordered something she seemed irritated that I was even speaking. I almost wanted to drive off after waiting in the line for 25 minutes. Anyway, the food was good so give it a try if you can look past the workers attitude. 8/10 would eat again.

Today after waiting for 2 hours on drive thru my order missing buttermilk shrimp regarding i paid for it !!! Their receipts designed not to fill survey and their phone number designed to dissconnect once you call !! Wow they are so busy branch but that doesn't mean the best.

I went during lunch and spend 45 minutes in line. It was like they were making your order as you arrived to the window.
