Are lines long for the new chicken sandwich?

What in the world is wrong with this place from the time i got in line till i got to the w Indow was 42 minutes and 3 weeks ago i stayed in line so long i finaly just left the line , who ever said this is a fast food place has no idea how slow it is.

Worst service ever ! I will usually have to wait about 15 miin , so i order 2 . But in a hurry or with kids will be a nightmare ! I went in to order once and at took about 20 min the excuse waa the credit card reader , but there was other chicken available . I dont understand how your top seller - the cjicken sandwiches - are "cooked " ahead ready to be made ! IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE !
